There's no place like home

Corbis Stock Photography has created several papercraft pinhole cameras that you can download and make for FREE.

They used some of their images for the artwork on the bodies and they are very nice.

Here is one of the available cameras:


There are four currently available and more on the way.

This is a cool idea.

These are designs that you can print on a standard sheet of paper, write your letter on the inside and then fold it up and mail it.

The folding is pretty neat and the stamp seals it so you don't even need tape.

This is an Open Source project, so supposedly the templates are available. I'm going to try and get the template. I think this would be a great way to send party invitations and other announcments!

Make Your Own Droidel Dreidel!

The Star Wars site has a papercraft Dreidel that you can make that is decorated like a droid.

As usual, thanks to Boing Boing.

Robert Sabuda has a whole bunch of simple pop-ups that you can make. Including a popup Christmas Card.

Canon (yes, the printer manufacturer) has a whole pile of papercraft you can make!

I've been having fun following the links from the old entries on the Paperforest blog and I just found the 3D Paper Model Studio site full of free paper models.

Plus it's got Engrish on it!

3D Paper Model Studio- A group of paper model lovers in Taiwan, We knew each other in 3D Paper Model Net, A special chance we got a case of paper model design ordered by Hongkong HP, we were pressed to design 20 models in 2 months, wow! many friends warning us that's a mission impossible, but finally we done it. When we finished the case, we all agree to share the workings with people on pubilc..., that's a hard work to introduce us in English, but we believe pictures can say more. If you like our working, do'nt cheap to arouse us. We will create more good paper models in future.
