Well, Gus dropped off the motorcycle this morning while I was out running errands. He called me on my cell phone to tell me that he had done the dirty deed.
When I got home, I found this sitting in my backyard
I think it actually looks cool and will look really cool with a sidecar on it. It appears that all the parts are there.
In addition, I talked it over with Liz and decided to buy Mike's newer and nicer sidecar for $725.00, which will make it a bit of a stretch to stay under $1000.00 - But I'll try!
The other thing that is going to make it difficult is that I am most certainly going to want to find a stock exhaust for the thing. I doubt that whomever is in the sidecar is going to want to ride next to the Pro Sport four into one that's on there now.
I'll see if they have one at Sport Wheels for a reasonable price. But that can wait a bit.
The first step is going to be to clean out the carbs and get it running.
