This is the Project Outline for the ImageCat digital image cataloging database project.
The ImageCat application is a database cataloging system for Digital Images. It will import digital images and allow the user to add metadata to the image for searching.
This application will also provide a web based search and display interface.
The user will be able to create user accounts and apply permissions to indivdual images allowing controlled access.
